Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, flood mitigation systems, and sustainable urban drainage solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and environmental consultants
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and international standards
- Implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) for project coordination and clash detection
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality control procedures
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence within the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure development with Singaporean project exposure
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent international qualification
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure, and BIM 360 platforms
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical analysis and structural design principles
- Proven track record in managing projects valued over SGD 50 million
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in resolving complex engineering challenges
- Fluency in English with proficiency in local dialects advantageous
