Responsibilities
- Lead design and validation of complex electrical systems including power distribution, control circuits, and embedded systems
- Develop PCB layouts using Altium Designer and perform SPICE simulations for high-voltage applications
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions for power electronics
- Implement EMI/EMC compliance strategies and conduct rigorous testing protocols
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for electrical documentation
- Research emerging technologies in power electronics and energy storage systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems design and embedded electronics
- Expertise in Altium Designer, MATLAB/Simulink, and labVIEW
- Strong understanding of IEEE standards for industrial power systems
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP is highly desirable
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
