Responsibilities
- Lead design and construction oversight of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and municipal utilities
- Perform complex structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Coordinate with government agencies and private stakeholders for regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality assurance reviews
- Develop cost-effective solutions while ensuring adherence to safety standards
- Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and bid documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (PE license required)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in transportation or structural engineering
- Proficiency in BIM/CIM modeling and geospatial technologies
- Strong understanding of TxDOT and federal infrastructure regulations
- Proven track record of managing projects over $20M
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills
