Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT stations, highways, and coastal protection systems
- Conduct structural analysis using advanced software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority codes
- Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Implement sustainable construction practices and BIM (Building Information Modeling) protocols
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop technical specifications and contract documents for tender processes
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Singapore's construction sector
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification from Singapore's Board of Engineers
- Expertise in geotechnical analysis, foundation design, and structural mechanics
- Proven track record managing projects valued at SGD 50M+
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and project management software
- Familiarity with Singapore's BC1, BC2 regulations and MOM safety standards
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
