Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects from concept development and design to construction administration.
- Conduct detailed site surveys, topographical analysis, and geotechnical investigations to ensure project feasibility.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, construction specifications, and detailed cost estimates.
- Coordinate closely with architects, surveyors, and external stakeholders to ensure strict adherence to local building codes and zoning regulations.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in infrastructure design and construction administration.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic and structural engineering principles.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
