Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of complex civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.
- Conduct site investigations, analyze data, and prepare detailed engineering reports and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize advanced engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D) for modeling, analysis, and design.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in engineering design software and BIM tools.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead multidisciplinary projects.
