Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of complex civil infrastructure projects including bridges, highways, and water management systems
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering standards and regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical innovation in sustainable design practices
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil design and project management
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Expertise in structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and transportation planning
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
- Advanced proficiency in BIM and civil design software
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
