Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex civil infrastructure projects including high-rise buildings, transportation networks, and waterfront developments
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and structural analysis using BIM and advanced engineering software
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) standards
- Oversee subcontractor coordination and quality control protocols across construction phases
- Develop sustainable solutions integrating green building principles and smart city technologies
- Mentor junior engineers and foster collaborative innovation within cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in large-scale civil engineering projects within Singapore or similar urban environments
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification and PMP designation highly desirable
- Expertise in structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, and advanced project management software
- Proven track record of delivering projects within strict regulatory frameworks and sustainability targets
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to optimize design solutions under complex constraints
