Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects (MRT extensions, waterfront developments)
- Perform structural analysis using advanced software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS)
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and government agencies
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct site inspections and quality control audits
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Singapore
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D)
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical and structural principles
- Proven track record in managing complex construction projects
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
