Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including MRT stations, high-rise developments, and waterfront reclamations
- Perform advanced structural analysis using ETABS and Plaxis software for seismic and load-bearing calculations
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, contractors, and government agencies
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority (BCA) codes and Land Transport Authority (LTA) regulations
- Develop sustainable design solutions incorporating green infrastructure and smart city technologies
- Oversee project budgets exceeding $50M with rigorous cost control and risk mitigation
- Mentor junior engineers through our technical advancement program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects with 3+ years in Singapore
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent Singapore registration (PEB/Board of Engineers)
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure, and BIM 360
- Proven track record in managing projects in marine, underground, and high-rise environments
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical investigation methodologies and soil mechanics
- Advanced certification in Project Management (PMP) or PRINCE2
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency for stakeholder engagement
