Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including bridges, tunnels, and smart city initiatives
- Conduct structural analysis using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D) to ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Control Act
- Manage cross-functional teams of architects, environmental consultants, and contractors
- Develop cost-effective construction methodologies while optimizing material usage and sustainability standards
- Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Prepare technical documentation including feasibility studies, tender submissions, and project reports
- Collaborate with government agencies (LTA, URA) for permit approvals and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification from Singapore's Board of Engineers
- Expertise in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAP2000) and BIM modeling
- Proven track record in managing projects valued over SGD 50 million
- In-depth knowledge of Singaporean building codes and sustainability practices
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities for complex geotechnical challenges
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
