Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including transportation networks and water systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM/CAD tools with Revit expertise
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and compliance with local regulations
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects and environmental specialists
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Develop innovative solutions for complex geotechnical challenges
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous process improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE license required
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure projects
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling software
- Proven track record of managing projects over $50M
- Deep knowledge of TxDOT and City of Austin permitting processes
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
