Responsibilities
- Design and manage large-scale infrastructure projects including transportation networks, water systems, and urban developments
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through project lifecycles from conception to completion
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations (TxDOT, FEMA, local codes)
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
- Develop cost estimates, schedules, and resource allocation plans
- Utilize BIM/CAD technologies (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit) for precision modeling
- Client relationship management and stakeholder communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and hydraulic modeling software
- Proven track record of managing projects over $10M
- LEED AP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with public-private partnerships (P3) projects
