Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex transportation, water resource, and structural engineering projects
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing innovative solutions for urban infrastructure challenges
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering standards and regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using advanced project management tools
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience with infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and industry-standard engineering software
