Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects (MRT extensions, coastal protection systems)
- Conduct structural analysis using advanced software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS)
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Construction Authority (BCA) standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets while maintaining quality control
- Coordinate with government agencies (LTA, PUB) for permit approvals
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Implement sustainable engineering practices (LEED certification focus)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent
- Expertise in geotechnical analysis and foundation design
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's construction codes and regulations
- Proven track record managing projects > SGD 50M
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
