Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, coastal protection systems, and sustainable urban developments
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D) to optimize material efficiency and structural integrity
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore Building Authority regulations and environmental standards
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical challenges in Singapore's unique soil conditions
- Conduct feasibility studies and lifecycle cost analyses for major infrastructure projects
- Represent the firm in client negotiations and regulatory submissions with government agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent Singapore registration
- Expertise in structural design, geotechnical engineering, and construction methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in BIM software and structural analysis tools
- Proven track record managing projects valued over SGD 50 million
- Familiarity with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) codes and requirements
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior engineers
