Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water systems
- Perform advanced hydraulic and structural analysis using industry-standard software
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance with local/state regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Develop sustainable solutions incorporating green infrastructure principles
- Conduct site investigations and prepare detailed engineering reports
- Oversee quality control and safety protocols on construction sites
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and hydraulic modeling software
- Proven track record of managing projects over $10M
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT and FEMA regulations
- LEED AP certification highly desirable
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
