Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, high-rise developments, and waterfront reclamations
- Conduct structural analysis using BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D) to ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct site inspections and resolve complex engineering challenges during construction phases
- Develop sustainable solutions integrating green building principles and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation for accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent Singaporean certification
- Expertise in structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and project management methodologies
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D) and finite element analysis tools
- Proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects valued above S$50 million
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's BCDA guidelines, URA regulations, and TID requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to optimize designs for cost and efficiency
