Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex civil infrastructure projects including tunnels, bridges, and underground utilities
- Perform advanced structural analysis using FEA software and validate compliance with Singapore Building Code
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (architects, MEP, geotechnical) through project lifecycle
- Implement sustainable design solutions incorporating LCA methodologies and green infrastructure
- Manage project budgets exceeding $10M and ensure adherence to CP5 quality standards
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and professional development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of infrastructure project experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent Singapore PE license
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure, and BIM 360 platforms
- Proven track record in large-scale underground construction and geotechnical modeling
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's regulatory framework including BCDA and URA guidelines
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated through successful team management of 10+ engineers
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
