Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex infrastructure projects including transportation networks and water resource systems
- Lead site assessments and feasibility studies for municipal and private sector clients
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
- Develop innovative solutions for sustainable urban development challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (PE license required)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software
- Experience with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) standards
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex projects on schedule and budget
