Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, and utilities
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and compliance reviews
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies
- Develop detailed engineering plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Mentor junior engineers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- PE license in Illinois
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and BIM technologies
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and ADA standards
- Proven track record managing $10M+ infrastructure projects
- LEED AP certification highly desirable
