Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water management systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multi-million dollar contracts
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering regulations and standards
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for new developments
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with external stakeholders (municipalities, contractors)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- PE license in Texas with 8+ years of progressive experience
- Expertise in infrastructure design and construction management
- Proficiency in BIM/CIM technologies and hydraulic modeling software
- Strong knowledge of FEMA floodplain regulations and TCEQ standards
- Proven track record leading complex projects with budgets >$10M
- Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder presentations
