Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of major infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and urban developments
- Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and compliance with Singapore Building Code and BCA regulations
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and government agencies
- Implement sustainable engineering practices and green building standards
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop innovative solutions for complex geotechnical challenges in urban environments
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification from Singapore's Board of Engineers
- Expertise in structural analysis using AutoCAD, Revit, and structural engineering software
- Proven track record managing projects valued over SGD 50 million
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's construction regulations and tender processes
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience leading BIM implementation in civil engineering projects
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
