Responsibilities
- Lead design and construction oversight of large-scale civil infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water treatment facilities
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM/CAD technologies (Revit, Civil 3D)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA, EPA)
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Develop sustainable design solutions incorporating green infrastructure principles
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
- Prepare technical specifications and construction documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit Structure
- Strong understanding of AASHTO, ACI, and local building codes
- Proven track record managing projects over $10M
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills
- Experience with public sector bidding processes
