Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects (bridges, tunnels, transit systems)
- Conduct structural analysis and geotechnical assessments using industry-standard software
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Code and BCA regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Implement sustainable engineering practices and BIM methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent
- Expertise in structural design software (STAAD, ETABS, Revit)
- Proven track record on large-scale infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with Singapore tender processes and contracts
- Strong project management skills (PMP certification preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
