Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water systems
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases from feasibility to completion
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal engineering standards and regulations
- Conduct advanced structural analysis using industry-leading software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation with precision
- Develop innovative solutions for complex geotechnical challenges
- Client relationship management and business development support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and structural analysis software
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $10M in value
- Strong understanding of TxDOT and municipal permitting processes
- LEED AP certification or demonstrated sustainability expertise
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
