Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex civil engineering projects including high-rise buildings, transportation hubs, and waterfront developments
- Conduct structural analysis and feasibility studies using advanced software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS)
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with Singapore Building Authority regulations and safety standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multi-million dollar contracts
- Develop sustainable infrastructure solutions incorporating green building principles
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with external consultants and contractors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Singapore's construction sector
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent Singapore-recognized qualification
- Expertise in structural design, geotechnical analysis, and construction methodologies
- Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong proficiency in BIM/CAD tools and project management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and knowledge of Singapore's building codes
