Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects (MRT expansions, coastal protection, mixed-use developments)
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM/CAD tools (Revit, Civil 3D) and finite element modeling
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Authority (BCA) regulations and international standards (BSI, ISO)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and contractor relationships with precision
- mentor junior engineers while maintaining quality control throughout project lifecycle
- Drive innovation in sustainable construction materials and green building practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from accredited institution (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in Singapore's civil engineering sector
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification from Singapore's Professional Engineers Board
- Proven expertise in geotechnical analysis and foundation design for reclaimed land
- Advanced proficiency in structural software (ETABS, SAP2000) and project management tools
- Strong track record in managing projects valued SGD 50M+
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement with government agencies
