Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical delivery of civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Manage site supervision, ensuring all work complies with UK building regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender documents, and technical specifications.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to mitigate potential engineering issues.
- Oversee the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) of materials and workmanship.
Qualifications
- BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Chartered Member status (ICE) or working towards chartership.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D.
- Strong knowledge of UK construction codes (BS EN, CDM Regulations) and health & safety protocols.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
