Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including MRT expansions, coastal protection, and smart city initiatives
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM (Revit) and finite element modeling software
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for concurrent projects exceeding $50M
- Coordinate with government agencies (LTA, EMA) and international consultants on regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality assurance reviews
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical challenges in Singapore's soil conditions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng certification
- Minimum 8 years' experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and BIM tools
- Proven track record in managing projects with complex geotechnical constraints
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes (BCA) and tender processes
- Chartered Engineer (MICE or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in sustainable construction methodologies (Green Mark Platinum)
