Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, waterfront developments, and sustainable buildings
- Perform structural analysis using advanced software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS) and ensure compliance with Singapore's BCDA regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining strict quality control standards
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and professional development workshops
- Coordinate with government agencies (LTA, URA) and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Implement BIM technologies and digital twin solutions for enhanced project visualization and collaboration
- Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot complex engineering challenges in real-time
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Master's specialization in Structural or Geotechnical Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects with 3+ years in senior roles
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification registered with Singapore's Board of Architects and Engineers
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding SGD 100 million in value
- Strong understanding of Singapore's building codes and sustainability frameworks (BCA Green Mark)
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams of 5+ professionals
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
