Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of civil infrastructure projects, including commercial and residential complexes.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct detailed site inspections and provide technical supervision to ensure quality control and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare detailed structural calculations, drawings, and technical specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and government authorities.
- Mentor junior engineers and project managers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (Mandatory).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil construction or infrastructure development.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in CAD, BIM software (Revit, Navisworks), and project management tools (Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Codes (DBC) and local construction regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical data to stakeholders.
