Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex infrastructure projects including MRT expansions, waterfront developments, and smart city initiatives
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases from feasibility to completion
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and international standards
- Implement sustainable engineering practices using BIM and digital twin technologies
- Manage stakeholder relationships with government agencies and private developers
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges during construction phases
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng certification
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Singapore's infrastructure sector
- Expertise in structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure, and BIM 360
- Proven track record on projects valued over $50M
- Strong understanding of Singapore's land transport authority (LTA) requirements
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng) preferred
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
