Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, cost estimates, and construction schedules for stakeholders and clients.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring milestones are met efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies.
- Ensure all engineering designs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex engineering challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an accredited university.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or actively working towards licensure.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in civil engineering project management.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and structural analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of local building codes and environmental regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
