Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including MRT extensions, coastal protection systems, and sustainable drainage networks
- Conduct site investigations, geotechnical analyses, and structural feasibility studies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, environmental consultants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority (BCA) standards and PUB regulations
- Develop innovative solutions for soil stabilization, foundation systems, and flood mitigation
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation using BIM software
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in infrastructure design and project delivery
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent international qualification
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure, and geotechnical modeling software
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding S$50M in value
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's regulatory framework including BC Part 1-3 and CP5
- Experience with Design-Build and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project delivery models
- Certification in sustainable infrastructure practices (e.g., BCA Green Mark)
