Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and water management systems
- Perform structural analysis using industry-standard software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD Civil 3D)
- Coordinate with government agencies (LTA, PUB, URA) for regulatory compliance
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Conduct site inspections and quality control monitoring
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Develop sustainable design solutions incorporating green infrastructure principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in BIM and 3D modeling software
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and regulations
- Proven project management experience with PMP certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Experience with large-scale government projects highly desirable
