Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including MRT expansions and coastal protection systems
- Implement advanced BIM workflows for clash detection and 4D construction simulation
- Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Conduct structural analysis using ETABS and Plaxis for complex geotechnical challenges
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's BCA Green Mark and PUB water management standards
- Develop cost-optimized solutions balancing aesthetics, sustainability, and functionality
- Mentor junior engineers through structured technical training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Singapore's infrastructure sector
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration with Singapore's Professional Engineers Board
- Expertise in Revit, Civil 3D, and BIM 360 project delivery platforms
- Proven track record of managing S$50M+ construction projects
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's Building Control Act and CP5 infrastructure codes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in finite element modeling
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent international certification
