Responsibilities
- Lead design and analysis of transportation infrastructure, highways, and drainage systems
- Oversee construction phases, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines
- Develop detailed engineering plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies for large-scale developments
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with TxDOT, FEMA, and local municipal standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (PE license required)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure projects
- Expertise in structural analysis, hydraulic modeling, and geotechnical assessments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and civil engineering software
- Strong knowledge of Texas engineering regulations and permitting processes
- Proven track record managing projects over $5M in value
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
