Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of municipal infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and water systems
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources using advanced BIM technologies
- Conduct structural analysis and geotechnical investigations for large-scale developments
- Oversee construction compliance with Ontario Building Code and safety regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
- Develop innovative solutions for sustainable infrastructure challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with P.Eng. designation (Ontario)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Proven track record of managing projects over $10M in value
- Deep knowledge of municipal zoning bylaws and procurement processes
- LEED AP certification or equivalent sustainability credentials
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams
