Responsibilities
- Design and oversee execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects including MRT stations, coastal protection systems, and high-rise developments
- Perform advanced structural analysis and hydraulic modeling using industry-standard software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit)
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for concurrent projects
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, environmental consultants, and contractors
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical challenges and sustainable urban planning
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with minimum 8 years' experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent international qualification
- Proven expertise in complex infrastructure projects with value exceeding SGD 50 million
- Advanced proficiency in BIM/CIM modeling and structural analysis software
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's building codes, land transport authority guidelines, and PUB standards
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Excellent communication abilities for client presentations and stakeholder negotiations
- Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers on multi-disciplinary projects
