Responsibilities
- Oversee design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water systems
- Perform advanced structural analysis using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and compliance with local regulations
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards
- Develop sustainable design solutions for environmental resilience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years of experience in transportation or structural engineering
- Proficiency in BIM/CIM software and hydraulic modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT and FEMA guidelines
- Proven track record of managing $10M+ projects
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Excellent leadership and client management skills
