Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects (bridges, highways, water systems)
- Perform advanced structural analysis and hydraulic modeling using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and compliance with TXDOT/FHA regulations
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government agencies during all project phases
- Develop innovative solutions for sustainable infrastructure and resilience planning
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality assurance reviews
- Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and client presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years of experience in transportation or structural engineering
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and hydraulic modeling software
- Proven track record managing $10M+ infrastructure projects
- Deep knowledge of Texas engineering codes and federal regulations
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- LEED AP certification preferred
