Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for large-scale infrastructure developments (transportation, water resources, structural systems)
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical analysis using BIM/CAD tools
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring compliance with Singapore's Building Authority regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government agencies
- Implement sustainable design principles and innovative construction methodologies
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality control documentation
- Drive risk mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Professional Engineer (PE) license recognized by Singapore's Professional Engineers Board
- Expertise in structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and project management methodologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and project management software
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects (>SGD 50M value)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes, BCSD requirements, and environmental regulations
- Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
