  • Site Development: Conduct site analysis, prepare grading plans, drainage designs, and utility coordination for commercial and residential developments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local, state, and federal building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
  • Technical Documentation: Create detailed construction documents, including blueprints, specifications, and reports using advanced CAD software.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications
