Responsibilities
- Oversee design, tender, and construction phases of large-scale infrastructure projects
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority (BCA) and NEA regulations
- Manage cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and government agencies
- Implement BIM technologies for precision project delivery
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical challenges
- Develop cost-effective solutions for geotechnical and structural systems
- Maintain project documentation and regulatory compliance records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with PE/PEng certification
- 8+ years of experience in Singapore's construction sector
- Proven track record on MRT, tunnel, or high-rise projects
- Expertise in geotechnical analysis and structural design software
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's BC Part 3 and SS 532 standards
- PMP certification preferred
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership in managing budgets exceeding SGD 50M
