Responsibilities
- Design and oversee large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and drainage systems
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases from feasibility to completion
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Prepare detailed technical reports and engineering specifications
- Conduct site investigations and resolve complex engineering challenges
- Mentor junior engineers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and GIS software
- Experience with FEMA floodplain modeling and TCEQ compliance
- Proven track record managing projects over $5M in value
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
