Responsibilities
- Oversee design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects (MRT extensions, waterfront developments)
- Lead site teams and coordinate with MEP, structural, and sustainability specialists
- Implement BCA Green Mark certification requirements and sustainable construction practices
- Conduct structural analysis using ETABS and Revit for compliance with Singaporean codes
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct site quality audits
- Collaborate with government agencies (LTA, URA) for permit approvals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering with P.Eng accreditation (Singapore)
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and structural analysis tools
- Track record managing projects valued SGD 50M+
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and safety regulations
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent
- Experience with land reclamation and underground construction
- Fluency in English with excellent report-writing skills
