Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for municipal infrastructure including roadways, bridges, and drainage systems
- Perform hydraulic modeling using HEC-HMS and AutoCAD Civil 3D for complex site designs
- Manage project budgets exceeding $10M and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with TxDOT standards, FEMA regulations, and LEED certification requirements
- Develop innovative solutions for sustainable stormwater management and erosion control
- Conduct site investigations and geotechnical analysis using advanced surveying equipment
- Mentor junior engineers through our structured professional development program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure projects
- Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, GIS mapping, and hydraulic modeling software
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects with complex permitting requirements
- Strong knowledge of TCEQ regulations and environmental compliance protocols
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Experience with BIM implementation in infrastructure projects
