Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water systems
- Conduct site investigations and geotechnical analysis to ensure structural integrity
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, cost estimates, and construction documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and regulatory agencies for compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and implement quality control protocols
- Utilize BIM/CAD software for 3D modeling and project visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited institution
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and FEMA regulations
- Proven project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
