Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water treatment facilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with municipal agencies for regulatory compliance
- Perform advanced structural analysis using BIM/CAD software (Revit, Civil 3D)
- Develop cost estimates, project timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct quality assurance reviews
- Research and implement sustainable materials and green construction practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (MS preferred)
- PE license and 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Expertise in structural design, geotechnical analysis, and transportation planning
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Structure, and FEA software
- Proven track record of managing projects over $10M
- Strong knowledge of TxDOT and FEMA regulations
- LEED AP certification highly desirable
